1. About CampusCV

CampusCV is a portfolio-building platform that helps users create and publish professional portfolio websites using information they provide.

Users may upload an existing resume or enter their information manually. CampusCV can organize the provided information and populate it into selected portfolio templates.

CampusCV is designed for students, graduates, developers, designers, freelancers, professionals, job seekers, and other individuals who want to create an online professional presence.

2. Eligibility

You must provide accurate information when creating and using your CampusCV account.

You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms under applicable law.

If you are below the legal age required to enter into an agreement in your jurisdiction, you should use CampusCV only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.

3. Account Registration

To use certain CampusCV features, you may need to create an account.

You are responsible for:

5. Resume Upload and AI Processing

CampusCV may allow you to upload a resume in supported formats.

The platform may use automated or AI-powered technology to extract information from your resume and organize it within your CampusCV profile.

Automatically extracted information may contain errors or omissions.

You are responsible for reviewing, correcting, and approving the information before publishing your portfolio.

CampusCV does not guarantee that information extracted from your resume will always be complete or accurate.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to CampusCV, including your personal information, photographs, project descriptions, resume information, and other content.

By using CampusCV, you grant Infowaves Media Agency a limited, non-exclusive permission to process, store, display, transmit, and otherwise use your content only as reasonably necessary to provide and operate the CampusCV services.

You must not upload or publish content that:

• Violates applicable laws.
• Infringes intellectual property rights.
• Contains malicious software.
• Is fraudulent or misleading.
• Impersonates another person or organization.
• Is defamatory, abusive, threatening, or unlawful.
• Contains content that you do not have permission to use.

7. Portfolio Templates

CampusCV may provide both free and premium portfolio templates.

Templates, layouts, graphics, interface elements, animations, design systems, and other materials provided by CampusCV remain the property of Infowaves Media Agency or their respective licensors unless otherwise stated.

You may use the templates through CampusCV for creating your own portfolio.

You may not:

• Resell CampusCV templates.
• Redistribute templates.
• Copy templates for use on another platform.
• Extract and commercially distribute design assets.
• Claim CampusCV’s templates or design systems as your own.
• Use CampusCV templates to create a competing template library or service.

8. Portfolio URL

CampusCV may provide you with a public portfolio URL, such as:

campuscv.in/p/yourname

The availability of a particular username or URL is not guaranteed.

We may change, suspend, or remove a username or URL if it violates these Terms, infringes another person’s rights, or creates a security or operational concern.

9. QR Code

CampusCV may automatically generate a QR code associated with your published portfolio.

The QR code is intended to make it easier to share your portfolio through resumes, business cards, events, applications, and other channels.

CampusCV does not guarantee that a QR code will remain functional if the associated portfolio is deleted, unpublished, suspended, or otherwise unavailable.

10. Payments

Payments for CampusCV may be processed through third-party payment providers.

By completing a purchase, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process the transaction using the payment method you select.

CampusCV does not generally store complete card, banking, or payment credentials.

Payment processing may be subject to the terms and privacy policies of the applicable payment provider.

11. Refunds

Payments made for CampusCV are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Please review the Refund Policy before purchasing a paid plan.

12. Service Availability

We aim to keep CampusCV reliable and available.

However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform.

CampusCV may temporarily become unavailable because of:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Technical issues
• Server or hosting issues
• Internet or network problems
• Third-party service interruptions
• Security incidents
• Software updates
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

13. Your Responsibility for Published Content

You are solely responsible for the information and content you publish through your CampusCV portfolio.

You should not publish sensitive, confidential, or private information that you do not want publicly accessible.

You are also responsible for ensuring that your portfolio does not contain misleading qualifications, false employment information, fake certifications, or other deceptive information.

14. Intellectual Property

The CampusCV name, logo, website, application, software, interface, templates, graphics, text, animations, design elements, and other platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except where expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit CampusCV’s proprietary materials.

15. Third-Party Services and Links

CampusCV may integrate with or link to third-party services, including payment providers, authentication providers, professional networks, hosting providers, analytics services, and other external services.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Infowaves Media Agency is not responsible for the availability, security, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
