This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to paid services purchased through CampusCV, a product operated and managed by Infowaves Media Agency.

We want our users to clearly understand our pricing and refund terms before purchasing a plan.

1. Digital Service

CampusCV provides digital services that may become available immediately after payment.

These services may include:

• Portfolio creation
• Portfolio templates
• Portfolio customization
• Portfolio publishing
• Personal portfolio URL
• QR code
• Portfolio editing
• Other features included in the purchased plan
  
  

Because the service provides immediate digital access, payments are generally non-refundable once the paid service has been activated or used, except where a refund is required under applicable law or where we approve an exception under this policy.

2. Eligible Refund Situations

A refund may be considered in situations including:

Duplicate Payment

You were charged more than once for the same purchase.

Payment Deducted but Plan Not Activated

Your payment was successfully completed but your purchased plan was not activated due to a technical issue.

Incorrect Billing

You were charged an incorrect amount due to a verified billing or technical error.

Technical Failure

A verified technical issue caused by CampusCV prevents the purchased service from being provided and the issue cannot reasonably be resolved.

Legal Requirement

A refund may also be provided where required by applicable law.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be provided because:

• You changed your mind after purchasing.
• You no longer need your portfolio.
• You did not use the service.
• You did not apply for a job or internship.
• You did not like a particular template.
• You changed your career plans.
• You forgot to use your subscription.
• You expected different features that were not included in the selected plan.

We recommend reviewing the available features and pricing before completing your purchase.

4. Template Changes

Selecting a particular portfolio template does not generally qualify for a refund.

If your plan allows you to switch between available templates, you may use the template-switching functionality available under your plan.

5. Cancellation

If your plan supports cancellation, you may cancel future renewal through the applicable account or subscription settings.

Cancellation of a plan does not automatically create an entitlement to a refund for the already-paid period.

Unless otherwise stated, you may continue to use the applicable service until the end of the paid period.

6. Refund Request Process

• Transaction/order ID
• Date of payment
• Amount paid
• Reason for your request

We may request additional information to verify the transaction.

7. Refund Review

Refund requests will be reviewed individually based on the circumstances of the request and applicable law.

If a refund is approved, we will initiate the refund to the original payment method where reasonably possible.

8. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund has been approved and processed by us, the time required for the amount to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer, UPI provider, payment gateway, or other financial institution.

CampusCV does not control the processing timelines of external financial institutions.

9. Promotional Offers

CampusCV may occasionally offer discounts, promotional pricing, or special offers.

Promotional purchases may be subject to additional conditions communicated at the time of purchase.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, promotional purchases remain subject to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

10. Changes to This Policy

Infowaves Media Agency may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time.

Changes will be published on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
